Contract Formation
Your order becomes binding once we receive your proof of payment or signed quote confirmation. A formal quote, or proof of payment for the deposit initiates the contract. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to acceptance.
Product Accuracy & Colour Disclaimer
Most of our products are custom-made. By placing an order, you confirm that all measurements, colours, finishes, and product choices are accurate and final.

Minor colour variation may occur between batches or display screens and is not considered a defect.

We recommend requesting physical swatches or an in-person consultation where available.
Pricing & Payment Terms and Conditions
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Quotes are valid for 14 days

Production begins only after deposit payment is received

We accept EFT, cash and approved trade accounts

Pricing is subject to change until confirmed by formal quote
Production & Lead Times
Lead times for custom-made products typically range from 12 to 30 business days, depending on the item and quantity.

These are estimated lead times only and are not guaranteed

Delays due to load shedding, supplier disruptions, strikes, or holidays will be communicated

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control
Delivery & Installation
We provide:

Nationwide delivery across South Africa

Professional installation in Ballito, Umhlanga or prior arrangements made
-
Referrals to trusted installers in other cities
The customer is responsible for ensuring site access and readiness. Repeated callouts or unprepared sites may result in additional charges. Our Installers are not permitted to move furniture or objects obstructing them from installing your products.
Returns, Cancellations & Cooling-Off Period
Because our products are custom-made:

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started

In-stock, non-custom accessories may be returned within 7 days, unused and in original packaging

Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation
All returns or remedial work require prior approval and proof of purchase. Refunds are subject to inspection and may exclude shipping or handling fees.

Warranty & Product Care
We provide a 12-month installation workmanship warranty. Product warranties vary depending on the manufacturer.
Warranties do not cover:

General wear and tear

Damage from moisture (unless product is rated for it)

Exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight

Incorrect installation by third parties

Misuse, neglect, or cleaning errors
Care instructions are provided with each product upon request. Any product warranty will be honoured with required approval and proof of purchase. Should any product or part require for us to send to suppliers for assessment or remedial work, a quote will be send to you prior to any work being done. This includes courier fees, call-out fees and reinstallation fees.
Errors, Omissions & Changes
While we aim for complete accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any:

We will notify you promptly should such errors impact your order.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver on time due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
